RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At B you leotards, we want to make sure you LOVE your new purchase! If you're not in love with your new online purchase that's okay, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee for the USA and Australia, and 30 day guarantee for the rest of the world. If this time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you purchased a non-clearance item.
  • Clearance items may not be returned unless faulty. 
  • Items purchased as part of a collection or sale will be offered store credit only. 
  • You will be responsible for any shipping and return costs.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable except in cases where B you has made an error.
  • We recommend using a traceable return service as B you will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive, or packages that are lost while shipping back to us. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unwashed, unworn, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on your items to avoid makeup or other marks and underwear must be worn when trying on all items. 

To complete your return

  1. Please ensure your items meet the criteria for a return in order to avoid disappointment.  
  2. Fill out your Return Card that came with your order.
  3. Place the items and your return card in a postage back and return to the address below that is most suitable for your situation.  
  4. Please track your return.
  5. Please allow one week for processing once your return has been delivered.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification of your refund or store credit. If for any reason your return is rejected, you will receive an email to let you know. 
  7. Once refunds are processed, the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days to receive your refund.
  8. Once you receive your refund or store credit, you are welcome to repurchase replacement items.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take all care to ensure that our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you. We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you've received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately and provide photos or videos of the fault. You will be sent a replacement item at no extra cost. 

 

INCORRECT ORDER (or incorrect items in an order)

Unfortunately mistakes sometimes happen, although we do our best to avoid them! If you receive the wrong order, incorrect items in your order, or different sizes to what you ordered, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide a photo of the items you received so we can clearly see our mistake. You will be instructed to follow the steps above to make your return. Your return shipping costs will be reimbursed if we are at fault. Once we receive your return, you will be sent a replacement item at no extra cost. 

 

IMPORTANT

In all cases, we recommend getting a tracking number for your return. B you  takes no responsibility for parcels lost in transit while being returned to us. We do not recommend marking parcels "return to sender" as a form of returning goods to us.
